What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in AUD, you can change the currency in the menu.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, we purchase directly from the brand or an authorised stockist.

I'm not sure which colour will match my skin?
We strongly suggest that you search for product swatches before making a purchase. We use the manufacturers professional product images and they are not always 100% accurate.

When will your items be back in stock?
You can enter your email on the product page and we will notify you when it comes back in stock.

I'm missing an item from my order?
If an item is missing from your parcel, please contact sales@mycabeautique.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Some of my items arrived damaged?
If you have damaged items, please contact sales@mycabeautique.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with a product description and photo's of your damaged products.

When will my order be delivered?
You can track your order via the Australia Post website, Australia Post will give you an estimate delivery date however it can take up to 3 days after the estimated delivery date.
